Onlar bunu tabiki red etti.
Red etme halinde bilekliklerini mahkeme kararı olmaksızın çıkartılmasını ve kendilerinin “ortadan kaybolması” tehdidinde bulundular.
Dedikleri gibi 16 Mart’ta bileklik çıkartıldı.
Çektikleri video ’da durumu anlatıyorlar.
Konnonovich kardeşlerinin mahkemesi 25 Mart’ta.Başlarına her an herşey gelebilir.
Biz Konnoniç kardeşleri sahiplenmeye ve Ukrayna devlet makamlarına e-mail çekmeye çağrıyoruz.

Subject: Urgent Concern Regarding the Safety of Mikhail and Alexander Kononovich
Dear Sir/Madam,
Ukrainian citizens and political prisoners, Mikhail and Alexander Kononovich, have been under arrest for four years in connection with a case that appears to be entirely fabricated. During this period, three judges have been replaced in their case. As the allegations against them lack substantiation, their guilt has not been proven, and the proceedings have been repeatedly and artificially delayed.
It is known that in 2022 the Kononovich brothers were abducted by the Security Service of Ukraine and subjected to severe physical abuse in an attempt to coerce confessions for crimes they did not commit.
We are also aware that the brothers have been under constant pressure and that threats of violence have been directed both at them and at members of their family.
Furthermore, they have reportedly been unlawfully listed as evaders of mobilisation, despite the fact that they have officially been under house arrest for a prolonged period while wearing GPS monitoring bracelets.
On 26 February 2026, Alexander Kononovich was abducted by allegedly members of the Security Service of Ukraine in front of the courthouse and taken to undergo a medical examination in preparation for possible deployment to the front. This action appears to have been intended as an act of intimidation against the Kononovich brothers.
As a result of Alexander Kononovich’s abduction, the brothers were unable to attend a scheduled court hearing concerning the extension of their preventive measure involving GPS monitoring.
On 16 March 2026, the GPS monitoring bracelets were removed from the Kononovich brothers without a court order. Since that date, they have effectively been left in a legal vacuum. The GPS monitoring, which had been their only formal protection and link to state supervision, was not extended. Deprived of this form of electronic monitoring, they have effectively become invisible within the legal system, thereby exposing them to potential reprisals.
We are also aware that officials reportedly offered the Kononovich brothers an improper arrangement, promising personal safety and financial security in exchange for participation in elections. As the brothers refused this proposal, their lives now appear to be in immediate danger.
We are closely monitoring the situation of the Kononovich brothers and state clearly that the current authorities in Ukraine will bear responsibility for any harm caused to their health or lives.
We therefore call for the immediate provision of full protection for Mikhail and Alexander Kononovich and for safeguards against any attempts at intimidation, coercion, or reprisals.
We further declare that, should any harm come to the health or lives of the Kononovich brothers, we will take decisive action to seek accountability from the current authorities in Ukraine and from the specific officials involved, including by bringing this matter before the relevant bodies of the European Union and international legal institutions.
Best regards
